Living in the United States, we thought we were a little crazy to want to plan a wedding in the Spanish countryside; conversations with other planners and coordinators (and even some family and friends) certainly made us think twice. But from our first introductory Skype call with Sonia to the final hours of our reception, we felt heard and supported. Sonia’s guidance and honesty through this process reflected her commitment not only to our vision but to her unwavering work ethic as well.

Of all the things we are so thankful for and most enjoyed, we never realized how important it was to have someone like Sonia in our corner. No detail was too small, no request was too large. Sonia and her team expertly maneuvered unwelcome surprises, always with our best interests in mind, whether that was negotiating with vendors or gracefully accommodating some of our more difficult guests. When one of our vendors failed to meet our expectations less than two months before our wedding date, Sonia was steps ahead with another trusted option who could better align with our needs.

Sonia, thank you for everything! I know that I probably haven’t been the easiest person to deal with during the planning (yes I am a bit of a control freak!) but everything was absolutely amazing and we couldn’t have wished for it to go any better!! There were a few other people there who do the same job as me and they were completely blown away by everything that happened that day! I can’t even think of the words to describe it to be honest. Thank you for everything. Please pass on our unlimited thanks to the caterers (all the food and service was excellent all day long), Toby (who nearly every single one of our guests mentioned how much they enjoyed the ceremony), and the florist (they were beautiful and exactly what we were looking for), and also to the musicians and all of your team. I know you all worked extremely hard and we are eternally grateful for it!

Sonia helped turn our dream wedding into a reality. Nothing was too big a task and she went above and beyond with everything. She has the best suppliers and deals directly with them so we didn’t have to do anything and everything was perfect. Sonia was more like a friend than a planner, our wedding seemed to be just as important to her as it was to us which was so important!
